Employees

As an "A" rated alarm company, Smith has worked to create a highly qualified team that have an established history of excellence in the alarm industry. All of our technicians have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the security alarm industry and go through an extensive background check before being considered for a position. Our customer service representatives are also given an extensive screening process and in depth training with continuing education in the security alarm industry.

 

Community

From our inception, Smith Monitoring Inc. has set aside a portion of its yearly proceeds to support humanitarian and educational projects in the communities that we service, as well as international business development programs. Among our current projects Smith is promoting a business-mentoring program that is currently in operation in both the United States as well as parts of Asia.
